Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 100 g spinach, fresh
- 100 g ricotta
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Cheese, grated
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Sauté the spinach in a little oil in a pan until it has shrunk. Then add the ricotta and mix. Remove the pan from the heat. Cut each chicken breast lengthwise into about 6 wedges. Fill the wedges with the spinach and ricotta mixture. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Then bake the chicken breasts at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
