Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast
- 3 tbsp sauce (teriyaki)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 mango(s)
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- some chili powder
- some salt
- 1 dashes sweetener, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Marinate the chicken breast in the teriyaki sauce for about 15 minutes. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and stone the mango, and dice the flesh. Halve the tomatoes. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and sear the meat all over. Add the diced onion and fry. Pour in the chicken breast marinade and soy sauce and simmer. Add a little water if necessary to prevent the sauce from burning. Finally, briefly add the diced mango and the halved cherry tomatoes, heat through, and season with salt, pepper, a little chili, and a dash of sweetener. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Serve with rice and Asian vegetables.
