Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g broccoli
- 600 g mushrooms
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 spring onions
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 200 ml water, warm
- 50 ml soy sauce
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and wash the broccoli. Slice the mushrooms and divide the broccoli into florets. Slice the spring onions diagonally. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces. Peel and press the garlic, add it to a pan with half of the sesame oil and the chicken breast fillet, and fry the meat until crispy. Add the spring onions to the pan with the mushrooms and broccoli and fry for about 7-10 minutes. In the meantime, mix the water, soy sauce, the rest of the sesame oil, honey, chili powder, pepper, and salt well and deglaze the chicken pan with it shortly before the end of the cooking time. For 4 servings, one serving has 300 kcal.
