- 1 cup of yogurt drink, probiotic, neutral taste
- 1 handful of fruit, according to taste and season
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel, clean, and chop the fruit, depending on the variety. Place it in a tall container with the probiotic drink and blend with a hand blender. You now have a delicious drink that’s probiotic, packed with vitamins, and can be changed up daily to suit your taste. Note: It’s also truly refreshing when frozen in the summer. Children will enjoy choosing the fruit themselves and being able to help with the process.
