Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 ml water, lukewarm
- 525 g wheat flour, type 405
- 75 g wheat flour, dark, type 1050
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs (parsley, dill, cress), chopped, also frozen
- 2 tsp garlic cloves, squeezed
- 15 g butter or margarine
- 1 packet of dry yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Add the ingredients one at a time to the bread baking pan. Place the salt in a corner so it doesn’t interfere with the yeast’s rise. Set the baking time to “Short Bake” or “Fast Bake,” with a weight of 1000 g and a medium browning level. The baking time varies depending on the bread baking pan. It tastes delicious even without garlic.
