Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

light & delicious

Rinse the strawberries and puree them with the vanilla sugar, then add the buttermilk and mix well again. It also tastes great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
