Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 250 g pasta (spirals)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Add the stock cube to the boiling pasta water and dissolve, then cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. In the meantime, wash the vegetables. Cut the bell peppers into approximately 1 cm strips, cut the tomatoes into eighths, and dice the cooked ham. Rinse the pasta and toss it with all the vegetables and the cooked ham in a baking dish. For the sauce, beat the egg, stir in the sour cream, and season well. Pour everything over the casserole. Then bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for another 25 minutes until crispy and brown.
