Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g rice or noodles, cooked, e.g. from the day before
- 200 g broccoli, in florets
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
- 200 g cooked ham, cut into fine strips
- 250 ml cream
- 200 g grated cheese for topping
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

Own creation!
Bring the water to a boil. Blanch the broccoli in it for about 3 minutes, then rinse with ice-cold water and drain well. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions. Add the ham and broccoli and pour in the cream. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and bring to a boil briefly. Place the rice or pasta in a casserole dish, pour the sauce over it, and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
