Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g watermelon(s)
- 5 large radishes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g peanuts, roasted and salted
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 4 sprigs of mint
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- n. B. Salt and pepper from the mill
- some lettuce leaves for garnishing

very refreshing combination
Peel the melon, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh. Thinly slice the radishes. Dice the feta cheese. Slice the spring onion into rings and chop the mint. Mix a dressing with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Be careful with the salt, as the feta and peanuts are already salty. Mix the dressing well with the salad ingredients and the peanuts. Arrange decoratively on the lettuce leaves.
