Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 100 g blue cheese, soft (e.g. Gorgonzola)
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 pear(s), ripe
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mash the blue cheese with a fork in a bowl. Mix with the double cream cheese and milk. Peel the pear, remove the core, and finely dice. Stir into the cream along with the chopped nuts. Season with salt and pepper. Tastes great with raw vegetables and can also be served with grilled food and crispy flatbread.
