Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 spring onions
- 3 kiwis
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 40 g almond(s), chopped

especially good with minced lamb skewers and exotic dishes
Pluck the basil leaves. Roughly chop the spring onions. Peel and dice the kiwis. Place them in a blender and add the olive oil, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and almonds. Blend until thickened. Add a little more cold water if necessary. Let the pesto sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then serve. It goes well with lamb meatballs or skewers.
