  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch of mustard, medium hot
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

to clean

Peel the garlic. Press it into a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix everything well. Delicious with baguette and grilled meat, or for dipping.
