Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • some salt and pepper, white
  • 400 g celery, peeled and cut into julienne strips
  • 1 m.-sized apple, washed, pitted and cut into julienne
  • 1 m.-large pear(s), washed, pitted and cut into julienne
  • 1 tbsp hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
  • Chives, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine lemon juice, oil, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the celery strips, apple, and pear slices and mix well. Season again with salt and pepper. Serve on plates and sprinkle with coarsely chopped hazelnuts and finely chopped chives.
