Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- some salt and pepper, white
- 400 g celery, peeled and cut into julienne strips
- 1 m.-sized apple, washed, pitted and cut into julienne
- 1 m.-large pear(s), washed, pitted and cut into julienne
- 1 tbsp hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- Chives, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine lemon juice, oil, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the celery strips, apple, and pear slices and mix well. Season again with salt and pepper. Serve on plates and sprinkle with coarsely chopped hazelnuts and finely chopped chives.
