Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 250 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 g butter
- 500 g cherries, pitted or gooseberries
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

For the dough, combine all ingredients with a dough hook to form a crumble dough. Grease a springform pan and crumble two-thirds of the crumble into it, pressing down lightly. Place the cherries on the dough and top with the remaining crumble. Bake at 190-200°C for 35-40 minutes. Gooseberries can also be used instead of cherries.
