Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener
  • 100 g drink powder : Clic, Quench – taste as desired (drink powder)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and egg yolks to the egg whites and immediately mix gently. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. For the topping, mix together the sour cream, sweet cream, cream stabilizer, and the drink powder (Clic, Quench, etc.) until a firm mixture forms. Return the base to the pan and pour the cream mixture onto the cooled base. Then refrigerate the whole thing for 1 hour.
