Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (sponge cake, light), ready-made
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 2 bars of chocolate (yogurt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

(Strawberry)

Combine the sour cream and cream in a bowl and mix. Rinse and dice the strawberries. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Mix everything well and then spread evenly over the sponge cake base. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
