  • 1 jar of salad (Pusztasalat), large or 2 small ones (for pickled vegetables)
  • 1 small can of pineapple, in pieces
  • 250 ml white wine (vegetable broth if children are eating)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • pepper
  • e.g. cream or milk

Brown the chicken breast, whole or shredded. Add the onion and cook. Add the washed, thinly sliced ​​mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Drain the broth from the puzta salad and stir in the salad. Heat for another 5 minutes. Add the pineapple without the broth and heat. Melt the cream cheese in the hot mixture, pour in the wine, and cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with broth, balsamic vinegar, and pepper. If you need more sauce, add a little more cream or milk. Serve with rice, pasta, and salad.
