Shrimp spaghetti pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g shrimp(s) with herb butter or natural (frozen)
  • possibly olive oil
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 200 ml dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • some lemon juice

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

fast and sophisticated

Brown the shrimp in a large pan (add a little olive oil for plain shrimp) and remove from the pan. Sauté the finely chopped onion in the pan until golden brown, then lightly fry the tomato paste, stirring constantly. Deglaze with lemon juice and white wine and add the shrimp back in. Halve the tomatoes and add them to the pan. After about 1 minute, stir in the chopped parsley and add the cooked spaghetti. Mix well and serve.
