Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast (frozen, pre-seasoned)
- 2 bunch spring onions
- 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 g tagliatelle, wide
- salt water
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Thaw the chicken breast slightly so you can slice it into strips. Sear it in a large pan in a little oil. Slice the spring onions into rings. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Once the chicken is seared, deglaze with the lemon juice and add the spring onions, letting it sauté a little. Add the drained pasta to the pan and stir. Then fold in the grated cheese.
