  • 90 g sugar

  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 350 ml milk
  • Sugar or sweeteners as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very quick, low-fat and simply delicious

For the base: Beat the eggs and sugar with a food processor until white and fluffy, about 8-10 minutes. Then mix the flour with the baking powder and fold it into the egg mixture with a whisk. Pour the batter into a 26 cm springform pan, the bottom of which is either greased or lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the oven’s power. For the topping: Measure out 350 ml of the reserved cherry juice, make a pudding with a sachet of pudding powder and sweetener if desired, and add the cherries. At the same time, make a pudding with 350 ml of milk, again with sweetener if desired. Now place the two puddings in alternating strips on the cake! Done! Enjoy!
