Plaice a la Maja

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 fish(s), plaice, weight approx. 300 – 320 g
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sprinkle the plaice evenly with salt and pepper on both sides. Then dust with flour. Melt the butter in a preheated pan and fry the plaice over medium heat for about 3 minutes per side. Be careful not to let the plaice stick to the bottom of the pan. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and serve – best with parsley-dried potatoes.
