Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g currants
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 200 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • Honey
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with honey and currants

Peel the currants and sprinkle with a little sugar. Mix the yogurt with the cream cheese and curd cheese, then season with honey. Layer the cream and currants alternately in dessert cups.
