Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 500 g blackberries
  • 200 g ladyfingers
  • 1 cup(s) espresso for soaking
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder for dusting

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Then, using a hand mixer, combine the cream with the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and mascarpone. Place the sponge fingers in a shallow dish or, depending on the size, in two dishes and drizzle with espresso. Place the blackberries (except for a few nice fruits for decoration) on top of the sponge fingers. Spread the mascarpone cream on top. Dust the cream with cocoa powder and garnish with the remaining blackberries. Lemon balm also looks nice as a garnish. Refrigerate the tiramisu until your guests arrive. This serves approximately 10 people. Each serving then has 490 kcal.
