Caramelized Walnuts

The perfect caramelized walnuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Walnuts
  • 150 g Sugar
  1. Bring the sugar and water to the boil over high heat. When a light tan appears, add 50 g walnuts. Turn the heat down a little. Now roll the walnuts in the mixture, stirring constantly.
  2. When the walnuts are coated with caramel, take them out of the pan and place on baking paper. The walnuts should not be grouped together in a lump. Spread nicely and let cool.
