Caramelized Walnuts

- 200 g Walnuts
- 150 g Sugar
- Bring the sugar and water to the boil over high heat. When a light tan appears, add 50 g walnuts. Turn the heat down a little. Now roll the walnuts in the mixture, stirring constantly.
- When the walnuts are coated with caramel, take them out of the pan and place on baking paper. The walnuts should not be grouped together in a lump. Spread nicely and let cool.
