Broken Chocolate
The perfect broken chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 blackboard Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Nuts
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp Dried cranberry
- 2 tbsp Dried raspberries
- Sugar pearls
- Orange peel
- Parchment paper
- Heat the water in a small saucepan, place a bowl in it and slowly melt the chocolate in small pieces in a water bath. Always stir carefully.
- Spread the melted chocolate on the wrapping paper. The thinner the chocolate is applied, the finer the pieces will be later.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts, dried fruits or sprinkles / sugar pearls. Spices and small orange peel zest also taste great. The imagination knows no limits.
- Place carefully in the refrigerator. After a few hours, roughly break the solidified chocolate bar and wrap it nicely.
