Ingredients

- 1 packet Vanilla pudding
- 500 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg Whites
- 50 g Chopped walnuts
blueberries
- 200 g Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Sugar
aside from that
- Chocolate flakes
Instructions
pudding
- Prepare the pudding as instructed. Set aside and let cool. Stir more often to prevent skin from forming. Roast the nuts in a pan without fat and stir into the pudding. Beat egg whites into snow and fold in as well.
blueberries
- Heat the sugar in a pan and add the blueberries. Caramelize briefly.
- Layer the pudding with the blueberries in a glass and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
