Ingredients
 

pudding

  • 1 packet Vanilla pudding
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg Whites
  • 50 g Chopped walnuts

blueberries

  • 200 g Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

aside from that

  • Chocolate flakes

Instructions

  • Prepare the pudding as instructed. Set aside and let cool. Stir more often to prevent skin from forming. Roast the nuts in a pan without fat and stir into the pudding. Beat egg whites into snow and fold in as well.

blueberries

  • Heat the sugar in a pan and add the blueberries. Caramelize briefly.
  • Layer the pudding with the blueberries in a glass and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
