Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ kohlrabi
- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- Marjoram, plenty, fresh or dried
Instructions

Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Wash, peel, and grate the kohlrabi, and add it to the cream cheese. Peel and dice the onion, and add it to the cream cheese. Wash and roughly chop the marjoram, and add it. Add the rapeseed oil and whisk until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
