- 200 g flour
- 50 g margarine
- 125 g sour cream
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine flour, margarine, sour cream, 50-75 g Gouda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and knead into a dough. Then form into small rolls or sticks. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg. Sprinkle the remaining Gouda over the rolls. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
