Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 pack of yeast
- Water, lukewarm
- 1 egg yolk
- sesame
- Caraway, black
- some salt
- some sugar
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dissolve the yeast in water and gradually add it to the flour until a firm dough forms, adding the salt as you go. Knead for a while by hand or with a dough hook. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, until it has visibly risen. Form a flatbread that is thicker towards the outside. Press 3-4 light grooves into it with your finger. Mix the egg yolk, oil, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the flatbread with the yeast and sprinkle with caraway seeds and sesame seeds. Let rise for another 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for 20-30 minutes, until the bread turns golden.
