Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g margarine
- 75 g sugar
- 75 g sugar, brown or cane sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 40 g chopped pistachios
- 20 g baking cocoa
- 55 g dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Simple, quick and delicious
Mix all ingredients. Then, using two teaspoons, form small heaps, about the size of a walnut, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave some space between each heap, as they will be flat and wide. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 8 minutes. Then let them cool on plates, leaving space between each heap. This recipe serves about 3 baking sheets. This yields approximately 40-45 pieces.
