Marzipan-pistachio-walnut pralines

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g pistachios, chopped
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g chocolate coating (dark chocolate coating)
  • 1 bag of California walnuts, halved
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very tasty, easy and quick

Knead the marzipan mixture with the powdered sugar. Add the pistachios. Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler. Shape the marzipan mixture into balls and dip them into the chocolate coating on a wooden skewer. Place the still-moist chocolates on baking paper and decorate with half a walnut. Let them dry. Finally, wrap the balls in aluminum foil or cellophane, or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
