Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g palm fat
  • 300 g white chocolate
  • 50 g hazelnuts or unpeeled almonds
  • 50 g cranberries, dried
  • 30 g raisins
  • 20 g pistachios
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel)
  • 50 g cashew nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Melt the coconut oil over low heat and dissolve the broken chocolate pieces in it. Finely chop all other ingredients and stir them into the chocolate mixture along with the lemon zest. Line a loaf pan approximately 30 cm long with cling film. Tilt it at a 45-degree angle over a cardboard tube (e.g., a roll of foil) and pour in the chocolate-nut-fruit mixture. Leave it in the refrigerator to set for about 2 hours. Then remove from the pan, remove the foil, and use a warmed knife to cut into 1.5-2 cm thick slices, then cut these into smaller pieces again.
