Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chocolate, white
- 100 g biscuit(s), whole grain
- 25 g pistachios, chopped
- 25 g marzipan (marzipan drops)
- some chocolate, whole milk for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
First, crumble the whole-wheat biscuits into small crumbs (not as fine as breadcrumbs!). You can also place them in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Halve the marzipan drops again with a sharp kitchen knife, or even cut them into thirds. I discovered the marzipan drops among the baking ingredients. They aren’t as soft and sticky as if you took a large packet of marzipan and chopped up 25g of it. They can be poured out of the package and easily processed. Slowly melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie. Stir the biscuit crumbs, chopped pistachios, and small marzipan pieces into the white chocolate. Next, take two teaspoons and place small mounds on a board lined with baking paper. Press them together a little with your fingers if necessary. Refrigerate and wait until they have set. Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath and pour it into a freezer bag, cut off a small tip and use it to decorate the crisps.
