Fruity quark dish

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 1 banana(s), fresh
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A delicious and fruity refreshment, especially on hot days

Drain the canned fruit, reserving the liquid in a container. Cut the canned fruit into bite-sized cubes. Peel the banana, halve it lengthwise, and cut it into pieces. Mix everything with the quark. If you prefer it creamier, add a little of the liquid—the more you add, the creamier it will be. Finally, sweeten with sugar to taste. Tip: You can, of course, use only fresh fruit; it’s purely a matter of taste. We simply prefer canned fruit, and you don’t need to add as much sweetener. Depending on your personal taste, you can add or swap out the fruit selection.
