  • Water and milk for brushing

Defrost the puff pastry according to the instructions, lay it out, and cut it into roughly equal-sized pieces if necessary. Wash and halve the grapes, then core and peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Depending on the size of the puff pastry piece, place 2-3 grapes, a few apple slices, 1 teaspoon of jam, and, if desired, a few raisins on the puff pastry. Brush the edges generously with water, then seal the puff pastry and press down firmly. Finally, brush with milk. Depending on the type of oven, temperature, and fan speed, the puff pastry needs about 15 minutes until it is golden brown. Best served warm.
