Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour type 550
- 1 cube of yeast, fresh
- 1 tsp sugar
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 80 g butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 55 minutes
for 12 pieces
Add the flour to the mixing bowl and mix with the salt. Crumble the yeast cube and dissolve it with the sugar and a little milk. Now add all the ingredients to the flour and knead with the dough hook until you have a nice dough, about 5 minutes. Then cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour. After the rising time, remove the dough from the bowl, form 12 long rolls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or in a baguette pan. Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the rolls for 25 minutes.
