Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp flour
- 250 g strawberries
- Fat, for the shape
- Breadcrumbs or biscuit crumbs for the mold
- n. B. cake glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the baking powder with the flour. Combine 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of oil, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and 5 tablespoons of flour with the baking powder. Grease the bottom of a round baking sheet with butter/margarine and breadcrumbs or sponge cake. Then clean and quarter the strawberries. Pour in the batter. When the batter is ready after about 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, top the base with strawberries and drizzle with a glaze, if desired.
