Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 700 g carrot(s)
  • 1 red cabbage
  • 5 pickles
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Honey
  • mayonnaise
  • ½ bag(s) of potatoes (potato chips)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Original healthy salad with chips

Grate the carrots and pickle (preferably using a food processor), and cut the red cabbage into very fine strips. Crush the garlic clove. Mix everything thoroughly and season with salt, pepper, sugar, honey, and mayonnaise. Stir in the chips just before serving. Tastes very fresh and crispy!
