  • ½ large Chinese cabbage
  • 1 can white beans
  • ½ bag(s) cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of bread

Light and delicious salad for New Year’s Eve

Finely slice the Chinese cabbage, add the beans and cheese. Crush the garlic clove and add it. Mix everything thoroughly and season with salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Cut the bread slices into thin, long strips and toast them in a dry pan. Mix in before serving. It tastes very unusual, but delicious! A whole new taste experience!
