Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl Aperol
  • 150 ml Bitter Lemon
  • some ice cubes
  • 1 sprig(s) mint
  • e.g. fresh ginger

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Place a few ice cubes in a wine glass, pour over the Aperol, and top with bitter lemon. Serve with a sprig of mint for even more freshness. Gently press the mint in your hand to release more flavor and then add it to the glass. If you like, you can also add a slice of fresh ginger.
