Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl gin
  • 1 tbsp syrup (blueberry syrup)
  • e.g. tonic water
  • some blueberries, preferably frozen
  • n. B. ice cubes
  • some mint leaves or a sprig of mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Gin and tonic with blueberry syrup

Pour the syrup and gin into the glass, add the blueberries and ice cubes if desired, top with tonic water, and serve with mint. I use about 100 ml of tonic water for the pour. Ice cubes dilute the drink over time, so I use frozen blueberries.
