Ingredients for 1 servings:

Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 27 minutes
makes about 10 rolls
Mix the milk, yeast, and sugar until the yeast has dissolved. Then add the flour, salt, and butter and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45-60 minutes, until it has roughly doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan). While the oven is preheating, shape the dough into a roll and, using a dough scraper, cut it into about 10 equal-sized pieces. Flatten them slightly. You can then decorate the rolls with whatever you like (e.g. sesame seeds, poppy seeds, etc. I always stick them on with milk). We always have a baking tray with 5 rolls topped with cheese. Bake the rolls at 200°C (fan) for between 15 and 20 minutes on the middle rack, depending on the oven. We have these rolls for breakfast every Saturday and Sunday.
