Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 package of spaghetti (fork spaghetti)
- 1 small can of peas, very fine
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 3 gherkins, sweet and sour
- 10 slice(s) of meat sausage, finely sliced
- 3 eggs
- 1 jar mayonnaise
- 1 pack of sweet cream
- 2 tbsp oil (grape seed oil)
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions. Hard-boil the eggs. Wash the radishes and chop them as finely as possible. Finely chop the cucumber. Cut the sausage into thin strips. Chop the boiled eggs. Place everything in a large bowl. Drain the peas, corn, and mushrooms and add them as well. Season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar, if desired. Stir in the grapeseed oil, mayo, and cream. Drain the pasta and rinse well. Drain well and fold into the mixture. Season again.
