Colorful pasta salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (e.g. farfalle or spirelli)
  • ½ jar pickles
  • 6 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 300 g turkey breast (cooked or smoked), diced
  • 300 g cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. In the meantime, peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces (this works best in an egg slicer). Clean the bell peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Quarter the gherkins lengthwise and also dice them. Dice the turkey breast. Drain the pasta and toss it with all the other ingredients while still warm. It’s best to let the salad marinate overnight and season it with a little more cucumber juice the next day, if desired.
