Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 100 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 2 cl syrup (elderflower syrup)
  • ½ lime(s)
  • 5 leaves mint, fresh
  • n. B. ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Summer cocktail

Crush the mint leaves with a mortar and pestle and place them in a large wine glass. Add the juice of half a lime, the elderflower syrup, and the mineral water. Top with sparkling wine and add ice cubes, if desired.
