Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sheet(s) of puff pastry (frozen)
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • some marzipan
  • possibly sugar
  • possibly cinnamon powder
  • some raisins
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, thaw the puff pastry. In the meantime, slice the banana and place them diagonally on the plate. Spread the peanut butter over the banana pieces. Cut the marzipan into small slices and place them on top of the peanut butter. Garnish with raisins, cinnamon, and sugar. Fold the remaining puff pastry corners into the middle to seal the whole thing. Brush this parcel with water and press down lightly. Place everything in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven, top/bottom heat: 200°C) for about 20 minutes. Remove and enjoy while still lukewarm.
