Iced chocolate, grandma's style

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate
  • 125 ml water
  • 500 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • 250 g ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 250 ml cream, whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Gently heat the chocolate, cut into small pieces, with the water and stir until a paste forms. Gradually add the milk and finally the 125 ml of cream, bringing the liquid almost to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool. When the chocolate milk is lukewarm, refrigerate it to cool further. Fill glasses two-thirds full with the cooled chocolate, top with vanilla ice cream, and top with whipped cream.
