Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 chicken legs
  • n. B. Sauce (Hoisin sauce)
  • Spice mix (Sambal Manis or Sambal Tjampor)
  • Chili sauce for chicken

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the chicken thighs in an ovenproof dish and first brush with hoisin sauce, then spread with sambal, and finally drizzle with chili for the chicken. Bake in the oven at approximately 175-190 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes. Serve with baguette or ciabatta, salad, or vegetables.
