Pasta with mushroom sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, preferably spiral pasta
  • 2 packs of sauce powder, gravy, dark
  • 8 mushrooms, brown
  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions and then drain. Chop the onion, clean and slice the mushrooms. Sauté in a non-stick pan with butter. Now add the amount of water specified on the sauce powder package and bring to a boil. Add the sauce powder. Season to taste with mustard, tomato paste, and seasonings, and serve with the pasta.
