Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s)
  • ¼ cup whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 port. French fries (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven and place frozen fries in the oven according to the instructions. Meanwhile, cut the tenderloin into about 4-5 loins, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear until crispy. Add the cream and mustard, and simmer for about 5 minutes while turning the meat several times. Stir in the oregano and basil, and season with paprika and salt to taste. Remove the fries from the oven, along with the meat. Arrange both pieces appetizingly on top of the sauce. Done.
